Someone from our Cape Cod remodeling team will call you to understand your project, the room, the scope, and what you're hoping to change, then we'll schedule a time to come see it in person. That first site visit is where the real conversation happens. We walk through the space with you, look at what's there, and talk through your options honestly. There's no pressure to decide anything that day. Once we understand the project fully, we'll put together a clear, written quote that covers the work and the cost of any upgrades you're considering, like a tiled shower ceiling or a floating bench, so nothing comes as a surprise later.

When you call Disney Best Services or send a message, you reach the team directly, not a call center, not an answering service. Rankine Disney, our Owner & Founder, is involved in every project and stays in close contact throughout. We're a small team working a limited number of projects at a time, which means you're not passed between departments or waiting on a chain of people to get a simple answer.

If you call during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm, or Saturday, 8am to 6pm, you'll reach someone who knows the business and can talk through your project. If you send a message outside those hours, we'll call you back the next business day.
