Accessibility Statement

At Disney Best Services, we want everyone who visits this site to be able to get the information they need and contact us without running into a wall. That includes people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or screen magnification. If something on this site is getting in your way, we want to know about it and we want to fix it.

What We Are Working Toward

We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C. In plain terms, that means the site should work with a screen reader, be operable by keyboard alone, have text that stays readable when enlarged, and have enough colour contrast to read clearly in most conditions. Our current status is partial conformance: most of the site meets that standard, but not every part does yet.

No US federal regulation sets a specific technical standard for private business websites. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the benchmark courts and settlements use in practice. We are not claiming a legal certification, there is no such thing. We are saying this is the standard we are building toward and checking against.

What We Have Done

These are the things we have actually done on this site:

• Images that carry meaning have descriptive alt text so a screen reader can convey what they show.
• Headings follow a logical order, H1, then H2, then H3, so someone navigating by heading can move through the page without losing their place.
• Form fields are labelled, so a screen reader announces what each field is asking for.
• Keyboard focus states are visible, so someone navigating without a mouse can see where they are on the page.
• The layout reflows on smaller screens and text stays legible without horizontal scrolling.
• Colour contrast across the site has been checked against the brand palette.

Known Limitations

We would rather be honest about what is not perfect than pretend the site is something it is not.

• Some older photos in our library may have incomplete or missing alt text while we work through them one by one.
• Embedded third-party content, such as a map, a review widget, or a contact form provided by an outside service, is not fully under our control, and we cannot guarantee it meets the same standard as the rest of the site.
• Any documents we have linked to, such as older PDFs, may not be fully tagged for screen readers.

If any of these limitations is blocking you from getting something done, contact us directly. We will give you the information or complete the task another way.

How We Check

We review pages for accessibility during the design and content process, checking heading structure, colour contrast, label markup, and keyboard behaviour as we build. We also run browser checks across desktop and mobile. Where automated checking tools are available, we use them as one part of that process, not as the whole of it. We have not commissioned a formal third-party audit. If we do, we will update this section with the date and who performed it.

Technical

This site is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and is designed to work with current browsers and current assistive technologies. Older combinations of browsers and assistive technology may behave differently, and we cannot guarantee consistent results in software that is no longer actively maintained.

Dates

This statement is effective 23 September 2026. It was last reviewed 23 September 2026. We commit to reviewing it at least once a year and whenever the site changes substantially. A statement that goes years without a review is not a commitment, we intend this one to stay current.
